TripGo is a specialized app tailored for itinerary customization catering to travel enthusiasts. To gain comprehensive insights into the precise requirements of itinerary planning for this target audience, I conducted a thorough research process encompassing user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, leading to the identification of user pain points and matrices, thus revealing strategic opportunities. In this section, I intend to present a detailed exposition of my research methodology, branding efforts, mockup designs, user flow elucidations, and ultimately the culmination of these endeavors in the form of the final digital product.
